Moon Mysteries and NASA’s Obsessive Control Of All Things Lunar

Moon Mysteries and NASA's Obsessive Control Of All Things Lunar

Some people believe that humans never actually landed or walked on the Moon. Others say we did and immediately discovered ancient ruins and all kinds of weird artifacts. Stories of the discovery of everything from human skeletons and footprints to robot heads and evidence of alien visitors on the Moon abound. While most of this might sound silly to the average person, there could be some truth in it all and the evidence for that truth might come in the form of NASA's own bizarre comments and actions.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration came into existence to help the Government of the United States achieve its goals regarding space exploration and to replace various expensive and somewhat repetitive programs run by the Army, Navy and Air Force. So we are told. However, NASA has always had two faces. One is the public face which seems to welcome publicity and willingly shares anything and everything new and exciting that they are doing or have discovered. The other is a private and very secretive face that jealously guards what now appears to be a series of truths known only to them.

Cracks in the protective shield of heroism and accomplishment that NASA hides behind are rare, but when they occur they usually do so in a big way. The latest crack is a good example. After returning from what we were told was a successful mission to land humans on the Moon, the three astronauts from the Apollo 11 crew set out on a worldwide goodwill tour. The astronauts presented small Moon rocks to the leaders of various countries…or did they?

Recent tests on an alleged Moon rock presented to Dutch Prime Minister Willem Drees by the Apollo 11 astronauts in 1969 reveals that the object is nothing more than a piece of petrified wood from right here on Earth. NASA has no explanation for this and the worldwide media seems generally disinterested in the story. Although it would be easy to speculate that the original rock might have been stolen and replaced with something that looked similar, there are enough photos of the original rock and accompanying certificate to make that possibility unlikely.

This is not the first time the actual origin of Moon rocks allegedly brought back by U.S. Astronauts has been questioned. Several people who believe we never actually visited the Moon claim that it would be easy to create a Moon rock using simple and easily accessible terrestrial materials. Others who believe one or more Moon Missions were staged events that never actually occurred say that the original Apollo 11 rocks were actually bits and pieces of meteorites found during various scientific missions conducted in the USA and Antarctica.

More troubling than fake moon rocks are attempts by NASA to cover up what they have found on the Moon. Former NASA employee Ken Johnson claims that he personally witnessed efforts to alter photos taken by the Apollo Astronauts. Johnson, who worked for NASA for 23 years, also says he was ordered to oversee the destruction of original films taken during the Moon missions. If they were available to the public in their original form, many of these films and photos would show alien artifacts discovered by the Astronauts. These include huge and well worn glass-style domes, the ruins of artificial structures and what appear to be pieces of unknown technologies including what looks like a robotic head.

It's no secret that a number of former U.S. Astronauts, including some who have walked on the Moon, have seen UFOs and a few believe they might be intelligently controlled alien spacecrafts. Buzz Aldrin appeared on the Fox News cable channel in 2007 and reminisced about the days of the Apollo 11 Moon Mission. He said, "Suppose Neal and I said, 'Look at what's outside of our window! It's a UFO!' Instead, we said, 'It's unusual to see a booster rocket outside of our window.' Think about what people would have said and what they would have done if we told them it was a UFO following us? That's what it was."

NASA has gone out of its way to deny they are keeping any secrets about the discovery of alien life forms or evidence of anything extraterrestrial on the Moon or anyway else. They have also been quick to explain away or ignore most Astronaut comments about UFOs or aliens. While they probably felt that Aldrin's comments on Fox News were sufficiently vague enough to pay no attention to, recent comments made by Moonwalker Edgar Mitchell about the UFO phenomenon really got under their skin.

During a radio interview, Mitchell said, "'It's been well covered up by all our governments for the last 60 years or so, but slowly it's leaked out and some of us have been privileged to have been briefed on some of it… I've been in military and intelligence circles, who know that beneath the surface of what has been public knowledge, yes - we have been visited. Reading the papers recently, it's been happening quite a bit." Shortly afterward, NASA issued this statement: "NASA does not track UFOs. NASA is not involved in any sort of cover up about alien life on this planet or anywhere in the universe. Dr Mitchell is a great American, but we do not share his opinion on this issue."

Probes sent to the Moon over the past ten years by India, Japan and the European Space Agency have not troubled NASA. Even after the Japan probe took photos of what some of their own scientists described as looking like "a city in ruins" and other probes mysteriously malfunctioned, the space agency did not go out of their way to issue any statements or comments on these situations. Instead, they merely allowed the collection of lies and half truths they have seeded to the public over many decades to stand and continue to act as a shield between themselves and the truth.

Most nations interested in sending probes to the Moon almost always find themselves being forced to work with NASA. That's because the space agency simply has the largest database of information about the Moon and the technology to help others get there. That gives NASA a lot of control over how that information and technology is used. The space agency almost always works in some sort of "piece of the action" for itself. This often takes the form of a "cooperative" co-mission which includes some NASA hardware or software. Either way, it allows them to be a part of the deal and exercise some level of control (whether known or unknown to the other party). As it is, NASA is already responsible for what many call the E.T. Law.

Adopted on July 16, 1969 (the same month that Apollo 11 departed for and later landed on the Moon), Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations states that contact between U.S. citizens and extra-terrestrials or their vehicles is strictly illegal. Anyone found guilty of such contact automatically becomes a wanted criminal to be jailed for one year and fined $5,000. The NASA administrator is empowered to determine with or without a hearing that a person or object has been "extraterrestrially exposed" and impose an indeterminate quarantine under armed guard, which could not be broken even by court order. There is no limit placed on the number of individuals that could be arbitrarily quarantined.

If one or more fake moon rocks were presented to various governments by the astronauts of the Apollo 11 mission in 1969, it was probably to keep a secret bigger than the theory that we may or may not have faked one or more missions to the Moon. It was probably designed to cover up the discovery of proof that intelligent beings other than ourselves exist out there and have visited or even continue to visit our Moon and the Earth as well.
